Orders and prices

Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Check the selected product, shape, pack size, quantity, delivery details and final total before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges your order. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error affects it, we will contact you and arrange correction or a refund as appropriate.

Payment

Card and PayPal payments are processed through the payment provider. Do not send payment-card information by email. We use the order details needed to process payment, fulfilment and customer support.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

The shipping policy and returns policy form part of these terms. Read the 15-day voluntary return window, return requirements and applicable cancellation and handling fees before ordering.

Monthly tissue subscriptions

The monthly offer costs NZ$99 for each 12-box pack per month, including standard delivery. Each box contains 135 tissues. You authorise repeat monthly payments until you cancel. Discounts apply to the first delivery only; the first delivery total, including any applicable shipping charge, is shown before you consent. There is no sign-up fee or free trial.

Cancel through Manage subscription before the next billing date to stop future charges. This does not cancel an already-paid delivery or limit your consumer rights. Contact us before renewal for a change of delivery address.

Product fit and installation

Check exact measurements and model specifications. Fitted bidets need appropriate plumbing and backflow protection; electric products need the correct supply and safe bathroom electrical installation. Obtain qualified advice before fitting. Do not modify the product or use it outside its stated purpose.

Website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse checkout, attempt unauthorised access or submit another person’s details without permission. Product photography may show surrounding accessories that are not included.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
