Delivery charges

All prices are in NZD. Standard shipping is free when the goods total is NZ$75 or more after discounts. Below NZ$75, standard shipping is NZ$25.

Delivery estimates

Our current New Zealand estimate is 5–7 days plus 24–48 hours for order handling and processing. Times vary by location. Contact us before ordering for delivery to another country or for a time-sensitive requirement.

Express Delivery is an optional NZ$25 upgrade on every order, including orders qualifying for free standard delivery. For a time-sensitive order, contact our team before purchasing to check the current timing for your destination. We do not publish a separate express arrival guarantee.

Tracking and separate packages

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting the revised timing or cancelling the unshipped order for a prompt refund. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law remain unaffected.

Delivery problems

Contact support promptly if tracking shows an issue, the order is missing or the delivery address needs correcting. Include your order reference.
