Cancel before the next billing date to stop future renewals. Cancelling a subscription does not cancel an order already paid for. See our returns policy for that order.
For card subscriptions, sign in using the email address used at checkout. For PayPal, sign in to your own account and open the automatic payment for Bidet Company New Zealand.

Contact theteam@customersupport.care before your next renewal so we can confirm the new delivery details. Changing a billing address with your payment provider does not change your delivery address with us.
Order history and delivery
Your confirmation emails contain your order details. Keep your existing order references when contacting us. Our team can help with orders placed on the previous website as well as new orders.
